Menu for Healthy Meals

Soups $6 each
Midsummer corn chowder
Fresh, vibrant vegetables; fennel, tomatoes and carrots in a tasty herbed broth
Carrot Soup
Puree of roasted carrots seasoned with fresh ginger and yellow curry and finished with a touch of yogurt

Lunch $9 each
Bulgur-arugula-cannelini salad
Mediterranean inspired salad, with bulgur grain, fresh arugula, and cannellini beans
Spaghetti Squash Mexicana and Avocado Salsa
Spiced, roasted squash with black beans, roasted corn, and grilled avocado salsa
Portobello Salad
Roasted Portobellos, chickpeas, and grilled avocado on a bed of mixed greens with a basil balsamic vinaigrette
Chickpea, Kale, and Coconut Ragout with Grilled Sweet Potatoes and Chimichurri
A warm  creamy, Indian-inspired salad with a side of spiced grilled sweet potatoes
Lentil, Apple, and Turkey Salad Wrap, with Pumpkin Seed Salsa
A warm turkey salad lightly dressed with lemon and olive oil, with a whole-wheat wrap

Roasted Chicken with Beets, Greens and Orange Butter, and White Bean Puree
Juicy roasted chicken, with grated golden and red beet, beet greens all sautéed in an orange butter, herbed and seasoned pureed Northern Beans
Braised Chicken Quarter with tomatoes and olives, and Vegetable Pilaf
Brown rice with sautéed kale, baby Portobello mushrooms, tomatoes and pumpkin seeds
Ginger Tilapia w/ Carrots and Red Quinoa
Ginger wrapped tilapia with roasted and pickled carrots and aromatic quinoa
Sea Bass and “Farrosotto” with Shiitakes and Herbs, and Fava Beans
Pan-seared sea bass and a twist on traditional risotto, featuring hearty farro grain and savory shiitake mushrooms, and tender fava beans
Roasted Tofu with Shiitake, over Baby Spinach and Rice
